Stuart Eiley is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). The ICCRC is a national regulatory body that serves and protects the public by overseeing licensed immigration consulting and international student advising professions. As an ICCRC member, Stuart is bound by a strict code of ethics and regulations for your security and protection. He is also an accredited member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Mr. Eiley also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a graduate degree in public accountancy, both from McGill University located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
